Saying Good-bye to Grandma and Grandpa
It wasn't easy saying good-bye to Grandma and Grandpa! We weren't sure when we would get to see them again. They had a long drive back to Oregon ahead of them. They made it home without major incident. We were so thankful that we had gone home to Oregon this summer, that they had chosen to take a summer road trip to see us, and that we had planned our cruise get-away before we knew we were moving. Life sure is crazy sometimes!
Last Night Photos
I had lots of mixed feelings as this cruise came to an end. I was sad that my time with my family was coming to end and that I probably wouldn't see them for some time, but I was happy to head home, see my little family, and start planning my future life in Italy which was daunting and exciting all at the same time. I can't wait to cruise again, only this time it will be on the Mediterranean!
Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner!
I LOVE to win stuff on cruises! I love to play the games. Out of five cruises, I've earned three trophies and one medal. It's just a silly thing I enjoy. The only cruise I didn't come home with something was the cruise we went on as a family. There just wasn't time to play the games on that cruise. Although Henry carried the family by winning the Camp Carnival Dance Off and Kelsey won the Cutest Costume on the Ship...not too shabby! :) This cruise DeAnne and I totally crushed the scavenger hunt! We ran around like crazy people taking photos of all things on the list provided. The only problem was they only gave us one trophy! Hello! How was that going to work? So DeAnne talked to our friend Tomas at customer service and he hooked us up with another one! WooHoo!
