She Passed!

Miss Shirley has signed all the paperwork and we are officially under contract! Yesterday was the home inspection and the house passed. I am very relieved. The house is 13 years old and has a short list of things that need attention, but the inspector was impressed with the overall condition. We are hoping that we can get everything done in about a week. After spending about 3 hours in the house, just walking around taking photos and daydreaming, I am really excited about it. It has everything we need. We are off to the airport today to head back home so I will have to post pictures later of the inside. I think you're gonna like it...
