Hi! We are super excited to be making an offer on this house. There is already another offer in so we're hoping that we beat it and that our's will be accepted. Pray for us! Wow - I love the backyard, it's huge! We just had the realtor come over this afternoon to list our house...let's just say I wish I was in the buyer's seat right now, it's gonna be VERY ugly! Good luck with the deal, you'll be out of "hell frozen over, literally" soon enough! :)
it looks nice! you'd pull the carpet up out of the first bathroom right? carpet in bathrooms are a pet peeve of mine :)
I watched the video again, and I am pretty sure all the bathrooms have the same flooring as the entry way. Now the carpet in the dining room is a pet peeve of mine. We would like to replace all the dining, kitchen, and bathrooms with tile, but that can wait a little while.
